Easter Greetings
I don't always think of sending Easter cards but I saw this Fabled Friends Stampin' Up set and I knew I had to have it! They remind me of Peter Rabbit stories and when I was little I had a miniature set of Beatrix Potter books. BP gastation used to give them out for a while when you filled up your tank and I remember my mom adding to my collection with Jemimia Puddleduck and Flopsy, Mopsy, & Peter Cottontail stories.

These cards were fun to color and I got to use my new Tombow markers! I cut the printed scrapbook paper with some scalloped scissors and the the stitched ovals were a die cut (also by Stampin' Up). The little green leaves were a die cut and the flowers come in little glass bottles at the craft store.
Adding little embellishments like the flowers, wood pieces, or bling really adds to the card & makes it unique! The green envelelopes below were on clearance from Joann's. (I actually forgot to finish punching out all the holes for the photo! Oop! I went back and finished later!)

On the gray card, I ran the background through an embossing folder and also added on some scrap lace that I had. I just think these bunnies look so sweet!

I like how using the same bunny stamp, I was able to create three different designed cards from it! Do you send out Easter greeting cards? Let me know and I'd love to see what you create for spring!
